At Outlier Laser Engraving, each item is carefully crafted to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Please review our policy before making a purchase.
Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the nature of custom-made and personalized products, all custom items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect information, or design approvals provided at the time of order.
However, if there is an issue due to a manufacturing defect (including engraving errors or material defects), you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. All defect claims must be reviewed and approved before a resolution is provided. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Custom Items
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Return must be approved prior to being sent back

Item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

A restocking fee of up to 20% will apply

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return instructions will be provided once your return request has been approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method (minus applicable fees).
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Photos are required for all claims. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to refusal or incorrect shipping address may be subject to additional fees, including reshipping costs.
