Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Custom and personalized items require additional time due to production

Please allow 2–3 weeks processing time for custom orders

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended
Once your order is completed, it will be shipped according to the method selected at checkout.
Rush Orders
Need your order faster? We offer rush processing on select items for an additional fee.

Rush orders prioritize your order in our production queue

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
Outlier Laser Engraving is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control.
We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Be sure to include photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can assist you.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address may be subject to additional fees, including reshipping costs.
Local Pickup (If Applicable)
If local pickup is offered, you will be contacted with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
Local pickup is by appointment only. Please do not arrive for pickup without prior confirmation, as we may not be available to assist you.
